what is the max size of product ?
SC-900: max L400* W450mm
SC-800: max L400* W450mm
what material is applicable ?
minimum edge size is 5mm, if the edge is below 5mm, need to make a customized fixture.
what is the max component height ?
maximum conformal height of standard machine is 70mm, other component height over 70mm need customized machine.
what is the coating thickness of film ?
Minimum dry film coating thickness is approximate 25um with narrow coating valve, it may differs according to material.
For film coating valve, the minimum coating thickness is approximate 50 um, it may differs according to material.
How to program ?
there are 3 method for programming: direct teaching with valve, direct teaching with CCD, load. dxf file.
Is it possilbe to use offline programming ?
No.the system need to program online.
